The MBTI is a personality assessment that reveals how we prefer to see and interact with the world, giving insight into our motivation and the motivation of others. This provides a strong foundation for personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness.
MBTI Step I - identifies personality type, made up of four basic preferences, and provides a positive framework to explain how we interact with the world and each other.

LSI is an organisational tool that uses both self-assessment and colleague feedback to identify individual thinking and behavioural styles. Designed for managers, leaders, students and those in professional and technical roles, the LSI provides concrete information for people to understand and change the way they think and behave.
LSI 1 provides assessment of an individual’s thinking of their own behaviour and can be valuable learning experience in a stand-alone format to change to more constructive behaviours.
LSI 1 Assessment w/two 90-minute online debrief sessions - $ 1,000Used in conjunction with LSI 1, LSI 2 provides assessment from others (360° feedback) about how they observe a person’s behaviour. Workshops
Design
With a background in research into how learning and new understanding takes place for individuals and groups, GR Consulting designs workshops that achieve required outputs.
GR Consulting uses the client’s purpose and required outputs to create structured runsheet for the workshop. It contains the process steps developed with the client so participants find them meaningful and can see their relevance. These steps use learning processes which are inclusive and draw on participants’ current knowledge and skill as the starting point for change and development.
Facilitation
Once designed GR Consulting can also facilitate your workshop face to face or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In doing so we use the run sheet developed with the client.

Evaluation Surveying and Reporting
Survey Design
Once designed survey data can be collected, analysed, interpreted and reported in the framework of the client purpose and outputs. The interpretation and reporting will include highlighting emergent (unexpected) findings showing up in the data.
GR Consulting is qualified and experienced in all facets of surveying for research and evaluation. Our experience includes using interpretation of collected data to make recommendations backed by evidence which is provided in detailed reports. From the detail a short-version Snapshots Report is prepared to highlight key findings.
Survey Reporting
GR Consulting can design specific surveys which systematically measure the performance of people focussed programs or projects. Research methods are available for qualitative or quantitative data collection and interpretation with assessment of practice change and community social research, two areas in which we specialise.

Journalism training has GR Consulting able to write to client requirements for business documentation as well as the skills to proofread and edit client-produced documents including manuals, resumes and cover letters.
